This little paper and card construction, presumably made from recycled materials and a repurposed botton/clasp is in surprisingly sound and clean condition. Who could the maker have been? Could it have been the vessel in which a gift was given? Or was it the gift itself? The Hens adore and appreciate the handmade. It is sad that items hand made and recycled have lost their material value. When in fact they are so valuable, so special, each made with love. Not mass produced in factories at the expense of the earth...
