A very old and very used pine timber trunk.
Sympathetically 'cleaned up' in our workshop. Possibly depression era given the timber is roughly dressed. It's a no frills kind of utility piece with beautiful original stenciling on the back. We cannot work out the wording! Finished in lashings of beeswax and essential oils.
