This nostalgic image of a Clydie and hay cart in the morning sun rings true to Australian country farming in days gone by. This image is attributed to artist Dale Marsh. His painting is collection of harmonious golds and greens and is executed in the Australian Impressionist style. Perhaps Dale Marsh was influenced by the early Australian Impressionists such as Arthur Streeton?
If the we Hens were to repurpose this, we would hang this item on the wall amongst an eclectic collection of 'other bits'. Despite the small area of rust (and honestly, we haven't tried to remove it) this tray could still be used for serving drinks and canapes.
Dimesnions: 38 cm diameter.
