Add one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, teapot, or plunger, pour over boiling water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before serving.
To use as a facial steam add two tablespoons of the blend to a large bowl, cover with boiling water and drape a towel over your head and bowl to capture the steam for 10-15 minutes.
Use as a gargle to soothe and strengthen the throat.
Our favourite way to have EASE is by making a sugar syrup with a strong infusion, then adding it to gin and soda for a deliciously refreshing cocktail.
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus)

Tulsi (Ocimum Sanctum)
Holy Basil opens the airways to improve breathing, strengthens the immune system and reduces stress and anxiety. It can expel phlegm from a cough, and cleanse the blood and liver.
Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita)
A relaxing, soothing, and comforting herb. Chamomile helps fend off infections associated with colds, soothes a sore throat or upset stomach, boosts immunity, and improves quality of sleep with its mild sedative properties.
Lemon Thyme (Thymus x Citriodorus)
An anti-inflammatory and decongestant rich in iron, vitamin B complex, C, and D. A favourite ally here at the Cottage, lemon thyme strengthens the immune system and lungs, expelling phlegm from a cough.
Thyme (Thymus Vulgaris)
High in antioxidants and a powerful antimicrobial, antiseptic herb, relieving the body of coughs, fever, muscle tension, shortness of breath, infections, and phlegm. A tonic for the entire nervous system.
Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia)
