Extreme crackle and charm.
A genuine early rustic sideboard / cupboard. Could be as old as the depression period but also possibly older. Representative of pieces found in outback or isolated homes, this piece is an artefact describing the life and struggles of early Australian life. Raw, recycled and roughly dressed materials make up such utilitarian pieces, as is the case for this one.
One end is perforated tin, the other timber boards. Pine boards and some assorted sheets of pressed metal make up the back.
Sympathetically tidied up, oiled and waxed.
Dimensions: 131 wide x 60 deep x 147 high cm. PICK UP ONLY.
